If you receive a connection issue using the app on the Singing Machine Wi-Fi machine, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Check that the unit is within the WiFi signal range.
- Check that your WiFi frequency is 2.4GHz.
- Ensure you have entered the correct password
- Turn the machine off and reboot it
- Perform a factory reset on the machine
- Turn your WiFi router off and turn it back on again (wait 1 minute before trying the app again)
