I am receiving a connection error on the WiFi Machine tablet screen

If you receive a connection issue using the app on the Singing Machine Wi-Fi machine, please try the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Check that the unit is within the WiFi signal range.
  • Check that your WiFi frequency is 2.4GHz.
  • Ensure you have entered the correct password
  • Turn the machine off and reboot it
  • Perform a factory reset on the machine
  • Turn your WiFi router off and turn it back on again (wait 1 minute before trying the app again)
