Canceling a subscription purchased on the WiFi machine

To cancel a subscription purchased directly on the Singing Machine WiFi machine, please follow the steps below:

Using a web browser, visit http://account.stingray.com
Login with your Singing Machine account information
On the left-hand menu, select Subscriptions
Next to the Singing Machine Karaoke subscription select Manage
You will be redirected to a screen where you can cancel you billing.
