You will be happy to know that you can switch the lead vocal on or off directly in the app! 

To do so, open the karaoke video you would like to sing to and press play.

In the top right corner, you will see a box labeled "Lead Vocal".

To toggle the lead vocal on or off, simply tap the box until you see an X (off) or a checkmark (on).
