Check your connection

If the app is not working due to a connection issue, here are some steps you can try to get you back up and running:

  • Turn your Wifi off for 30 seconds and then switch it back on.
  • Restart your Wifi router
  • If you are using mobile data, check that you have not exceeded your monthly allowance
  • If you are on a shared or public connection, there may be too many users connected at the same time. This could impact the playback of the app. We recommend using private, home connections.
  • If you can, try a different WiFi network. If the app works on a different connection, the issue could be with the Wifi connection itself.
