I purchased a subscription, but am only getting 30-second samples

If you purchased an in-app subscription, but are still only getting samples of karaoke videos, please try the steps below:

  1. Launch the application 
  2. Tap on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner
  3. Tap on Account and Settings
  4. Tap on Restore Subscription

If the above does not activate your subscription, please contact our Customer Experience team
