If you have a machine that can playback karaoke videos from a USB flash drive, you should use the Karaoke Store computer software to download your karaoke videos. 

The Karaoke Store software installer will be included on the USB flash drive that comes with certain models of machine. If your machine did not come with its own USB flash drive, you can download the software installer here.

Double click on the installer to start the installation process on your computer.
