Please note that the Wifi Pedestal Singing Machine (iSM1080, iSM1090, iSM9090) and Hub Singing Machines (iSM9010) must be registered directly from your Singing Machine and not your mobile phone.

Once you have created your account on the Singing Machine Karaoke app,  you will be prompted to register your Singing Machine. 

If you have skipped the prompt, you can access the registration later in your account & settings.

To register, enter the serial number found on the back or underneath your machine followed by the submit button.

Once you register, if your machine is eligible, free song credits will automatically be added to your account which can be used on the Karaoke Store website or computer software.

For customers who are registering a Singing Machine model SMC2020, SMC2035, iSM1090 (*conditions may apply) or SMC2040, a special bonus 1-month subscription to the mobile app is included.

Once you've registered your machine you must continue to "Subscribe" in the app store where your 1st month free will be automatically added.

**Please note that skipping machine registration and directly purchasing a subscription through the Apple store or Google Play store will not activate the free trial.
